Site Analysis

We assess drainage, grade, sun/shade patterns, HOA constraints, and existing features to inform an honest, buildable design from day one.

3D Renderings

Photo-realistic 3D renderings from multiple angles so you can see the finished backyard before any dirt moves. Revise until it's exactly right.

Itemized Proposals

Every line item priced before you sign anything. No surprise change orders, no "we'll figure out the cost as we go."

Full Build Execution

Turf, pavers, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, putting greens, lighting — all built by our crew with single-point accountability.

Permit Management

We handle permit submissions, city coordination, inspections, and final sign-off. You don't touch any of this.

Is there a separate charge for the design?

The initial consultation and conceptual sketch are always free. Full 3D renderings and detailed design work are included in the build contract — no separate design fee when you proceed with construction. If you want standalone design-only services, we can discuss that separately.

What areas of Scottsdale do you serve?

We serve all of Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, North Scottsdale, Arcadia, Cave Creek, Fountain Hills, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Mesa, Peoria, and the greater Phoenix Metro. We regularly work in Silverleaf, DC Ranch, Desert Mountain, Troon North, Gainey Ranch, and other premier gated communities.

How long does the design phase take?

Initial concepts are typically ready within 1–2 weeks of the site visit. More complex estates may require 3–4 weeks to develop full 3D renderings and a detailed proposal. We'll give you a specific timeline at your consultation.

What if I only want one element — not a full remodel?

No problem. We do focused scopes all the time — just turf, just a patio, just a putting green. We apply the same design-build approach to any project size. The design consultation is always free regardless of scope.
